Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers at the trade counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Process orders quickly and accurately using our internal systems.
• Provide expert advice on truck parts and components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with stock control.
• Support the parts team in delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle parts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
