Karen’s nomination comes following her well-earned promotion to Senior Service Advisor in December 2025. Stepping into the role at a pivotal time, she embraced the challenge with confidence, professionalism, and a clear commitment to excellence.

During a period of transition within the team, Karen took full ownership of the service reception—maintaining continuity and stability while supporting both customers and the workshop. She has successfully managed a demanding, fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Her dedication truly stands out. Karen consistently goes the extra mile, often committing additional time—including Saturday mornings—to deliver a seamless customer experience and uphold the high standards we pride ourselves on. Her proactive approach and strong work ethic have been instrumental in keeping everything running smoothly.

What really sets Karen apart is her attitude. She brings positivity, professionalism, and a genuine smile to every day, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment for both customers and colleagues alike.
