Congratulations to Lewis McGuinnity on completing the DAF Rising Stars Program!

Lewis has successfully completed the DAF Rising Stars training program, delivered in partnership with Pareto, which focuses on developing advanced sales skills and transitioning from transactional selling to a more consultative, value-focused approach.

This program equips our Outside Sales team with the tools to:
• Build stronger customer relationships
• Ask better questions to understand customer needs
• Handle negotiations and objections with confidence
• Win and retain more business in a competitive market

In recognition of this achievement, Lewis was presented with a Certificate of Achievement by Chris Poulter and Phil Cunnah.
